These terms apply to your use of gtmpipes.com. GTM Pipes is a service of No Fluff Selling LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to them. Work we do for a client is governed by our agreement with that client, not by these terms.
What this website is
This website describes our service and shows how it works. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to provide a service on particular terms; that takes a written agreement with us.
The examples on this website
Some pages illustrate our service with invented companies, people and figures, built to show how the work looks.
The real example is different. TieOut, the company it is written for, is invented, but the banks in it are real and the research about them is real: it is drawn from public sources, such as regulatory filings, company websites and news, as they stood on the dates shown. Research can be incomplete or wrong, and what was true on those dates may have changed since.
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, credit, legal or other professional advice, or a statement about any bank’s soundness. Do not rely on it to make decisions about any company. Bank and company names belong to their owners, and their appearance here does not mean they are connected to us or endorse us.
Using this website
You may read this website and share links to it. Please do not:
- copy, republish or sell its content, research or design, beyond a short quotation with a link back
- scrape it or collect its content by automated means
- try to get into the client portal, or any part of our systems, without being given access
- interfere with the website’s operation or security, or use it for anything unlawful
The client portal
The client portal is for the people our clients invite. Sign-in links are personal, so please do not share them. Your use of the portal is also governed by your organization’s agreement with us.
Our content
The content and design of this website, including its text, pictures, films and the way our research is presented, belong to No Fluff Selling LLC or to those who have licensed them to us. Facts drawn from public records stay public; our selection and presentation of them is ours.
Other services and links
Booking a call uses HubSpot’s calendar, and our research links to outside sources. Those services and sites are run by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, this website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they are accurate, complete, current or available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, No Fluff Selling LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content.
