Finding the platinum accounts hiding in plain sight.

For a data observability leader who needed to identify accounts where their competitors had a structural gap: accounts worth twice the effort of everything else.

Their data had the basics. It didn't have the signals that change a rep's behavior.

The client had a strong ICP and a defensible product. Their target accounts were enriched with the standard fare: firmographics, technographics, the usual. Useful, but not real intel. Nothing in the data told reps which accounts were worth twice the effort of everything else, because the signals that mattered weren't being synthesized.
